can't edit EZPages bar header, can anyone help?

I am a complete novice at this. Please can someone give me a complete dunces guide to editing the EZpages header? I have bought a template monster template and none of the tutorials seem to be aimed at idiots like me.

I have bought a template monster template and none of the tutorials seem to be aimed at idiots like me...

These templates are heavily customized and in most cases depart significantly from the core code. Sometimes, these templates actually break critical functionality of the site, and are not recommended. The forum is full of nightmare posts from users who have TM issues.

Helpers on the forum shun Template Monster stuff because it can take hours to fathom out what's going on.

As TM sold you the template, I would suggest you insist on getting their support for it.
