Discount Quantity Box Text Missing on Some Products

Hi. I'm using 1.3.8 with Tabbed Products Pro, StaticList, Google Analytics and Group Discount add -ons.

When I use the Zen Cart "Discount Quantity" in Products Price Manager the text appears correctly for some products (http://www.whiskergifters.com/index....roducts_id=469) but not others (http://www.whiskergifters.com/index....&products_id=6). The words "Happy Snacking" are missing from the box footer in the second link. It's been like this since day one, even before I added the add-ons.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks very much for your help.

Me again. The missing text seems to have something to do with attributes. If there are attributes, the footer text is there. If there aren't attributes, there is no footer text.

I'm baffled.

What happens if you switch to Classic Template? Do you see the footer text?

Hi. I switched to the Classic Template and the box footer text is still missing on products without attributes. I'll keep digging around.

In the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... in the bottom input box do a search on:
TEXT_FOOTER_DISCOUNT_QUANTITIES

select Catalog ... click Search ...

What do you find?

Hi. The original includes/languages/english.php and my override in includes/languages/MY TEMPLATE/english.php. And, the original in includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_products_quantity_discounts.php and my override in includes/templates/MY TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_modules_products_quantity_discounts.php.

I uploaded both the originals to see if that solved the problem, but it did not. I think I'll look back at what I did with the attributes and those overrides.

I want to thank you for your help, but also want to let you know if you have bigger fish to fry, to go ahead. This problem is just a bit puzzling at this point, not critical to the site. I suspect most visitors won't even notice. That is, if I had any visitors.
