Default Weird behavior MySQL lists over 57k rows but XAMPP imports only 27k?

Maybe someone can explain this ...
I just copied(INSERTED), two tables, products and products description, into a fresh install 1.3.9h, under XAMPP, when I checked with PHPMyAdmin, it shows 57k+ rows, but and here's my surprise, ZC detects only 27k+ products?

I am just copying the tables into empty ones, why is that happening?
Do I miss something? Is there another table I need to insert in order to ZC recognize all 57k products?

Just make a proper full DB backup and import that into your xampp install

Can't do that as my cache is over 4.5Gb! Therefore I have to go importing just relevant tables ... Anyways I think the problem was some of these products have an inactive flag ... That's why it's displaying only 27k ...
Thanks for the suggestion, but in my case this solution is totally unworkable ...

"cache"? If you're referring to a folder on your server, that's NOT the same as your database, so that's completely different than what kobra suggested about a DB backup. It's highly unusual for it to be that big, too, and suggests some significant problems you need to resolve with your site.

If you're referring to a table in your database named db_cache, you can safely truncate that table before doing a backup. And, it's highly unusual for it to be that huge.
