thank you. admin>web maintenance>Down for Maintenance IP - I input my IP address but I still couldn't see the pages even though I logged in admin.

I am not sure why it is not working

i already checked ip address. i tested the website a few minutes later after posting previous post.

it works fine but the pages are viewable whether logged in admin or not. Just can see the "NOTICE: This website is scheduled to be down for maintenance on" at top. I wanted the maintenance page to be displayed (not logged as admin) and I also want the design to be viewable while logged in admin. Seems like I missed something?

I tried to fiddled around in config >> web maintenance. Nothing like a maintenance page appears.

Oh duh me. I finally make maintenance page apear after removing ip. then add ip again and tested to see if I can see design changes - it works.

I would like to remove breadcrumb on maintenance page - i know i could turn it off under admin>config>layout setting but i still want breadcrumbs for other pages except homepage and maintenance.

So is there any way to remove breadcrumb for maintenance page?
