Swap Images Via Mouseover V1.3.8

I'm new here and having a horrible time with this, any help would be so wonderful.

I read other issues with this but I am not having the same ones.

My click function on the additional images works fine, my images show up corectly on load.

I have NO mouseover functions. Everyone else seems to have issues with the mouseover or out showing corectly. Mine does not work at all. When I run the mouse over one of the additional images I get a java script error from the browser IE 8.

It means that Zen-Cart cannot write to your image directory. CHMOD to 777, and see if that works.

Thank you for the response. That was the issue I just had to call my host and find out how to go about doing that. They walked me through it and I had success on that issue.

Still have the blank Sign Up page issue.
I'm wondering if somehow my database table for that page got messed up somehow. I deleated some test accounts from my CP and I think that was the last thing I did before I got the white blank page for the sign up page?

Is it possible that is what happened>
If so, would I be able to use a database backup I have to fix the database table?

How would I go about that?

Sure you can use a backup.......that's why they're created.
THIS TUTORIAL can explain that proccess better than I can.


But, are you sure it's a database problem, and not just a "missing" file? It DOES show an http 500 error.

I have some trouble with swap image contribution that I installed yesterday. I searched for answers and attempted to mess with code a few times..

But I couldn't get swatch thumbnails NOT to pop up. They work well with swapping to the main image on product info page. Also I couldn't get the enlarge text link or make the main image clickable to pop up in a window.

So could you please direct me how to make swatch thumbnails not to pop up and also how to make the main image clickable to pop up in a window?

The help will be appreciated.
