Is there a way to make a product only available to customers in the UK? We sell items on behalf of another company and due to their postage set-up we can only sell these to UK addresses. Also we sell a few items that cannot be shipped by air so again need to set these up to be UK only.

I have put huge writing saying uk only and explained in the product description why this is the case but some people from overseas still add these to their order - when paid by paypal we simply refund this amount and cancel the item from the order, however when they pay by card we have to take the entire payment or none at all and are therefore charged to refund the part payment to the customer. Its not a huge charge (50-80p a time) but when you are talking about items for £1-3 or so its frustrating to have to keep doing this because customers ignore the UK only part.

Is there anyway to set this up or is something similar on a zencart wishlist?
