Remove place under the logo

I made deep search but ###### i am not a pro i don't know realy where to look at.

I want to remove the white place under the logo, i allready tried with css, also with page layout with no success.

Can someone help me???

Thank you, that was it.

I removed the lines and it left me a blank space.

I had to put the values on zero.
