I am glad I have new shopping cart and this excellent community, but I am new here.

My excitement is smaller with occuring problems with missing layout.I uploaded template Candy

If you look on my website www.carpatiadress.info, I still build the shop, but the layout is missing, comparing with screenshot of Candy template.

Can you, pls, tell me, what have I do?I uploaded everything from template to FTP account in Includes directory.Something with csssheet or?Also missing buttons and more.

Maybe one silly question more - I cannot to see in my Zen cart account after log in in Tools - Pages any part of header, as I want to have the shop with mentioned zen cart in header and bottom, but of course, without big banner or ad in bottom part.I cannot find Languages or this path...

This doesn't referr to your Admin section.....this referrs to your folders/files.

Thanks, now I am not confused with FTP and admin account in Zen Cart.

I secured the message to hide some directory, but the word Authorised...bla bla still occures...

What can I do to delete it [fix it]?Broken.Probably that's why the problem with template?

My apology, I have two websites, one isn't build up Bohemiadress.I thought www.carpatiafood.info, but still is here some msg in the header .Thanks for explanation it means FTP acount and files.But I don't know why template isn't working properly.If check stylesheet?

madli, I think I might know what the problem is......you've uploaded all the files for the "Candy" template.......but, after you done that, did you go to your Admin section and select it as the template to be used?

The reason I say this, is because your site is still trying to use the "template_default".

So, go to Admin>Tools>Template Selection.....and select "Candy".

The warning you're getting is only because you've installed Authorize.net and have it in "test" mode. Once you put it in "Live" mode, that warning will go away.

Hm.I changed again on red template, which is easier, less parts included in template.It was fine, until I found, the images are missing everywhere.In main page, after clicking in each category.Now it is gone all my site.I don't know what I did.Do you have an idea what did I do wrong when snaps weren't visible and uploaded normally in admin account?
