Customer Tax Exempt v1.12 vs Dual Pricing_1.5

If I install Dual Pricing_1.5, it works fine, but once I install Customer Tax Exempt, the dual pricing disappears from the customers area.

Has anyone else encountered this. If so, how did you resolve it?

There's not much info there, but perhaps the person who reported a similar problem can give you a few pointers.
