Templates Installed Preview No Web Page

Can someone please help me with this. I can get templates to install, I see them in store, however, when I go to preview the template it says "no web page found". What am I doing wrong. I am installing the includes folder to the public_html. Before I was having an issue with seeing the preview, however when I edited to switch the template, it will not switch. Need help really bad! I have bluehost server. Do I still have to create the custom template files if I am installing an add/on zen cart template?

The Preview feature doesn't really show the template in action. It shows a .jpeg screen shot of the template page, but you (or the template designer) have to create the image.
