This suggests you had several attempts at installing these mods, and the SQL patches were run more than once, each time incrementing the ID's.

You will need to remove the duplicated tables from the database and it's probably a good idea to remove all of them, then do a fresh SQL patch install.

If the mods come with an "uninstall SQL patch", try running this first.
