gap between header and navigation bar

hi, im having difficulty trying to get rid of the gap between my header and navbar..heres my site:

theres a white gap in between my navigation bar and header..does anyone know where i can get rid of that?

you need to edit a template file;
\includes\templates\Your CUSTOM folder\common\tpl_header.php
