Category Dependent Coupons

Hi All,
I have scoured the forum as well as the add-ons area with no luck. I would like to set up a coupon that is only valid when there is at least one item from category B and at least one item from category D in the shopping cart.

There isn't a method to require that two categories_id are required for a Discount Coupon to work ... the current restrictions are that the Product must either reside in a specific categories_id or be specifically named ...

But in neither case, is there a specification that 2 Products from 2 Categories be part of the order ...
