Shipping rates for each item

Am I able to setup specific shipping rates for each individual item I enter and not have the rates based on weight etc..?

If so, is there an override option for orders over a certain amount?

You could use the Per Unit perweightunit shipping module and set the Product Weight (products_weight) to the actual shipping cost ...

Then in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... set the Maximum Weight to 5000 and the Tare Rates to 0:0 ...
