Invoice showing same price for inc and ex tax

Hmm I notice that on the invoices on my zen shop the price (inc) and the price (ex) are the same (the ex amount). The Tax is shown correctly in the totals at the bottom of the invoice but it's weird (and frankly rather confusing) that the figures are showing the same in the columns above it.

I am marking all my products as -taxable items- and on the products pages in admin they certainly show different inc and ex figures. The shop fuctions correctly showing the net ex and inc totals plus the tax amount at checkout. What have I miss configured here?

Sorry to bump but this is really causing an issue as my customers are confused by the way the invoice details each product:

As the attached image show, the figure (exc VAT) is the same as the figure (inc VAT) which is not right of course. The VAT is shown ok at the total and the calculations are done ok but I am at a loss to work out why the nett and gross figures per item are the same. I guess it must be the way I have the site configured but.......

Any help gratefully received as always.

PS Incidentally you will see that I am using a shipping mod but this is not the reason for the problem as it was like this before the mod was installed.

when logged into your store, does it show inc/exc same prices??

set your store to do product tax "store"

this will then show the tax when logged out, if store status is 0

if these are set to this and it shows different tax from when logged in, have you renamed the tax zones recently?

iv just had this problem and realising this i resolved my problem...
luckily im my only customer
so i deleted my account, re-registered with new tax zone("county")
and its all working fine :)

Try this it might work:

1. Goto Admin
2. Goto Configuration> My Store
3. Change attribute of "Display Prices with Tax in Admin" to True and click on update
4. Verify by looking one of your invoices
