remove baground image from specific pages

HI Firstly I would like to aknowledge stevesh for the help and advice he has given. I now have an image on my home page but I would like to remove it from the shopping cart page and the payment page what command do I use in my stylesheet and while I'm here is there a logical place to place this information in a style sheet do they follow some type of order?

Read the readme in the /css folder for per page css

named correctly just in your templates /css folder
