manufacturers meta-tags(keywords and title and description)

On the manufacturers page, there should now be 4 icons next to each manufacturer in the list; the next-to-last is the manufacturers meta-tag entry button. If the database table hasn't been created, though, I'd expect that Catalog->Manufacturers would result in a whitescreen.

I'm getting an error :

This is an upgraded cart that is running 1.5.4. So the DB_CHARSET change has not been made. Thought you might like to know this will be a problem for some sites.

@delia, it's actually more of a problem for the site itself if DB_CHARSET isn't defined. Thanks for identifying that this can occur, but right now I'm not planning any action for the plugin.

Most plugins define the char set as utf8 nowadays. This isn't about what's best for the site but about getting it to install without issue. Having to edit files and manually find and install the sql is doable but a pain in the neck for me. Average site owner will just freak.

@delia, that's where the zc_install script's addition of the "Update Configuration Files" (or some similar wording) comes into play. No need to hand-edit the file, just run the upgrade script, but there are many things that can go very wrong in a store that's forcing a utf8 table into a latin1 store.
