Moving links from Sidebar to Header

Can I choose to have the links predefined in the left sidebar in the Header instead? I want to have the Terms and Conditions link in the top header, but can't find out how... (newbie)

If that is the only link that you want up there it is no problem.

Do you want it as part of the list that is called navMain ( this is the one that has a home page link, login link, checkout link when you have something in the cart)? If you look at www.starlessriver.co.uk/shop you will see that there is a list of links, in my case in the top left of the header. These are the navMain links and on that page read 'shop' 'login' and 'home'. Home is an extra button I have added. ('Shop' is actually the home page for zen cart)

Or do you want it as a separate link somewhere else in the header?

I do not believe that there is a way of doing this in the admin( but I keep finding new things admin can do ) but either option is fairly easy. Let us know which one you want.
