I recently began getting the common "There was a security error when trying to login" message when anyone tries to sign into my cart.

The cart has worked but something has happened in the last several weeks that causes this. Cart Admin works fine

I have always been on version 1.3.8 so the popular fix when a user upgrades to 1.3.8 doesn't fix it because it's already in my version.

Our hosting company has looked at the tables and they look fine to them.

I have reloaded from a known good set of tables back in FEB and no success. I have reloaded a known good set of PHP/HTML backup from Feb as well and still get the error.

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. My search on the forum for the subject turns up several suggestions but none have worked .
