Text under image (Sub-text)

Is there a way to have text under the product image? Like sub-text.

For example, I have product M2-1 and product M2-2. Both look extremely alike and I only have images of M2-1. I need to put small text under the image of M2-2 telling users the image is the other model.

I hope this makes sense lol. I wasn't sure if I could do this or not.

Easiest to add it to the image and make a copy for the other item with it also added to the image

Replacing text with an image is something that is asked quite often...
Maybe after you find the cure you might package it??
