Two category trees?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how I can produce two category trees?
By that I mean one tree containing all products sorted into subcategories, then a 2nd category tree with the same products but sorted into different categories.

The user has the choice of choosing which "version" of the tree they want to think about.

As an exmaple, think of vitamins products they can be categorized by the vitamin groups or by the "ailments" they fix, e.g. coughs and colds, joints etc

I know I can add products to multiple categories but I don't know how to create the independent category trees.

Anyone come to my rescue?

Didn't seem to be what I needed unless I am missing something.

Bah scratch that, me been a muppet.
After a bit more digging I found out how to use the 2nd Product Type properly.

Much appreciated help :)
