I have to import a great deal of product information into database directly by PhpMyAdmin. I've changed Table categories, categories_description, products, products_description and I can visit new products on homepage. But I couldn't see my products when I selected a category. It says "There are no products to list in this category". I've checked parameters of products_status, master_categories_id in Table products and they are all correct. Have I missed any other changes in database?

You may want to look into Easy Populate in the Free Software Add Ons section above. You'll find the are several more tables than you have touched.
