Sitemap XML - Google Error

Zen 1.3.8a

Originally installed latest version Sitemap XML and Google verified ok. But,had to uninstall and reinstall due to other issues.

Here is sitemap file I submitted to Google (per Mod readme.txt file)
http://www.cvtreasures.com/googlesitemap.php?inline=yes

But, now getting Google status error:
"Unsupported file format
Your Sitemap does not appear to be in a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit".

You're using the wrong file. It should be sitemapindex.xml

Any idea why the readme file says to load this file in Google?
