Hello Folks

I am wondering whether and how it could be made, that the header always stays visible on top of the site, not being effected by scrolling down the page.

If possible I'd prefer a css solution rather than javascript; and frames are out!

Anyone got an idea?

If you know what a style sheet is and how to make changes to it there should not be any needed explanation.
