Can Zen Cart split the money made off a sale at least three ways (site owner, artwork owner, ect.)? Thanks.

There is no built-in facility for that at this time.
You'd have to write a special payment module to handle processing the payment in 3 parts to different accounts. Naturally you'd incur additional service charges with your merchant accounts whenever doing that, but that's based on your TOS with them.
