mystery image link on side box need to eradicate:)

In ie there is a mystery image link which I can't seem to find to erase. This is listed as
includes/ templates/template_default/imaages/Categories (note the image misspelling which should have made it easier to find..)

This doesn't show in Firefox, however the text for this image has replaced the Categories test for this division.

I'm a newbie, so let me preface this by saying I have searched, used Firefox firebug and Developer tool in trying to resolve this myself. This is my first post.

I'm on version 1.38a, running on a GoDaddy Linux server.

Any help would be appreciated. I tried searching for this through Developer's Toolbox, but didn't have much luck.

I was attempting to load images to my sideboxes without using them as background images, which tends to tile the image in an unfavorable way.
