Order Confirmation Email Data

Hello
I am trying to control the data that is going out through the Order Confirmation Email. Right now, there is a line that says
"No Tax + latest cali tax: $0.61
Total: $20.49"

I userstand the "latest cali tax" , since that is a Tax Rate I set up. But where is this "No Tax" coming from?

hmm, is your tax class or zone definition set up as "No Tax"?

if not, try the Tools > Developers tool kit and search the text "No Tax"
