Cybersource SOP Gateway Troubles

I am attempting to connect the most recent Cybersource payment module. I have followed all of the instructions and documentation, however it seems I have missed something. When I log into my Zen Cart Admin Panel, I get the following Warnings:

Warning: include(D:\Hosting\4326762\html\shop/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/HOP.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Hosting\4326762\html\shop\admin\modules.php on line 173

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'D:\Hosting\4326762\html\shop/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/HOP.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in D:\Hosting\4326762\html\shop\admin\modules.php on line 173

I have tried generating new HOP.php file, however this hasn't worked. The client is adament on sticking with cybersource.

Please help! I am really struggling with this one.

The 2 warning messages seem to indicate that the HOP.php file is not located in the proper server folder.
The HOP.php file should be located according to the following directory path:
includes/modules/payment/cybersource/HOP.php.
The “cybersource” folder does not exist in the original ZC package when first installed. It is your responsibility to create it at the right place in the server file directory.

Please review Paragraph 5 (Installation of the module) of the CyberSource Payment Module Implementation Guidelines (SOP Connection Method) and make sure each of the 4 payment module files is located in the appropriate folder.
