Search Error 1064

I getting a random error when I try searching. Sometimes it works great and now I am getting this.

I've searched but most answers I found were for older cart versions. Here is the error...

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'from where manufacturers_id = 0' at line 2
in:
[select from where manufacturers_id = 0]

Is this caused by all searches or are you putting special characters like 'apostrophes' in the search box?

What mods are you using and in particular, what mods were installed around the time this started happening?

At first I thought it showed up in a regular search. But it appears to only happen when I search and it takes me to Advanced Search (ie - when it can't find the search term).

From there anything I search for pulls up this error. In the regular search I tried about 20 searches with known names, and no problem. Just with advanced search.

And if I try an advanced search with a know term it still displays the error.

On Mods, I haven't installed any new since I upgraded. The only one I can think of that I had already was USPS and I had to uninstall and reinstall to have it start up again.
