Help with shipping set up.

Hi all,

I would like to set up my shipping based on price as follows:

Standard delivery -

£1.95 for orders up to £20.
£3.95 for orders £20 - £74.99.
Free for orders of £75 and above

Recorded delivery -

£0.70 in addition to above charges.

Overseas -

£7.50 European destinations.
£12.50 rest of the World.

First of all can this be done? And second of all I am new to all this so please can you explain as 1-2-3 as possible.

One must be able to "program" the conditions and you have

£0-£19.99 = £1.5
£20 - £74.99 = £3.95
>£75.00 = free

Only if in your local area

Europe = £7.50
£12.50 = rest of the World

Have to define GB then Europe and the rest of the world
