Folders appear empty

Folders appear empty

Hello,

I have transfered zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007 to my hosts public_html folder using both ftp and webdisk but all folders within (admin, includes, etc) appear empty.
I'm sure there is a simple explanation?
Help appreciated,

I've uploaded again this morning and all folders are complete.
