Spry is Undefined line 144

I cannot figure out why I am getting a error messge on my website: pet--land---plus.com (no dashes) I get the Spry is undefined on line 144
I have the jscript from the spry and css placed in the correct files as found in the spry listed below, the spry is working with no problems I just get the error on the bottom of ie:

That javascript is not part of the stock Zen Cart installation - Perhaps you should ask the author of the script?

I made this spry menu using dreamweaver cs4 by my self...

if you have file with js extension for your java script .. make sure that that file dose not contain

<script ></script> tags .
also , your javascript file should be in jscript folder and not CSS folder . as in your case , zencart is loading your js file from CSS folder.

Thank you kept reading over and over !!! The error was what you said I had the file pointed wrong, jscript i do have it in the jscript folder I just coded it wrong
What I had:

Fix:

once the file is in jscript folder , you don't have to code any part of zencart file to load this file in head section . zencart dose that automatically .
