Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I have set up zen cart. It came with fantastico on my webhost, cpenel.

I have everything set up, but in testing when ever I click check out I just get a blank page.

I didn't touch anything that I would think would effect that, and can find nothing to remedy it.

What files do I have to check that would effect this?
