Can downloads be configured to include postage?

Ok, We sell cake kits and currently print instructions and include in packages, it is time consuming and takes up loads of ink which is also expensive.

It would be great if there was a downlaod for each cake kit as well, so they get their instructions electronically and the cake kit via mail. But to do that we need to charge the postage.

Any ideas if this can be done, if so some instructions for a newby would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but I don't understand. You're charging postage now for the cake kit with instructions, right? Why would it be different if the instructions were downloadable instead?
