Please help me by giving me step by step instructions a dummies guide to setting up my outlook express Recieving emails from my zencart website!!
I have tried and tried and failed can anyone help please?
Just give me step by step on both website config and outlook config.

Web is easy
admin > config > email > enter you VALID email addresses

OE is more dissicult and depends upon how your host has their email server configured - - - but most things are somewhat self explanatory

In OE > select tools > accounts > add > enter the info requested

From the front end, create and account with a different email address than used in your cart to check that email is being sent.

If your email is

clampet@your_domain.com

then in your admin

admin > config > email > all the different classes of email you enter this address
