CSS appears to be off

I setup a new store at NiagaraIceWineShop.com and it seems that the CSS stopped working when I enabled the custom template.
I made sure I only moved the stylesheet.css to the overridge folder from the test site to the current site but can't seem to get it to show correctly.

I did reset all the boxes but the color scheme is not mine. :-(

Any idea where I messed up?

As far as I know it is. I only changed the permissions for the configure.php file after I installed the cart and then removed the zc_install directory.

something's not right, when I go to the site, it doesn't load up and all your folders are visible..? Have you altered any files since the installation?

When I load the site, I just get a blank page. From what I understand, this is usually a php file (more specifically a language file) with a line break after the last closing tag at the end of the file.

I tried the "Is it possible to create/build a complete Zen-Cart setup on a test server..." and that failed as well.

Now I'm in the process of starting from scratch but the last time I did that even changing 1 color tag in the default stylesheet.css file caused problems.

This is not the first ZC site I setup but I can't figure out why I'm having so much trouble with this one.
