Is there a way to disable the ability to ship to a different address than the billing? I have had 5 orders come through where the shipping address is "slightly" different than the billing address. All so far have turned out to be stolen credit cards. A little help?

Admin> Configuration> Maximum Values> Address Book Entries> Change to 1
