FAQ Module problem

I have added the FAQ Module and it appears there is some images missing.

Has anyone who uses this module run into this?
When adding an FAQ in the Admin, it appears to Expect a picture for the question in the top right corner but I turned the images off.
It just shows an image anchor for "Ask a Question" and the FAQ name when you add an FAQ through the CP

One thing you could do is just install the "about us" addon and just make it a FAQ instead. Thats pretty much what I did.
