FAQ addon problem

Since I couldn't get the FAQ module to work reliably, I decied to install the FAQ page from the download area and it's not displaying anything when I select it from the information side box.
The heading is there and all it says is to define your "Page Not Found" here.

Any ideas?

I found the problem but have another question.

Is there not a way to code this page similar to any other FAQ, questions at the top that link to the answers at the bottome with a "Back to Top" beside it?
