Erased Links page?? Need help!!!!

I erased all the code in my ez page for my links. Is there anywhere I can get it back? Please help, just spent last three months building up links page

all ezpages content are stored in database .. if you have recent backup of your db then you can recover . if not , ask your Hosting provider . they usually backup database and they may be able to restore proper table for you .
