Question about file Upload

Hi,

I have been reading alot of posts about how to upload files etc, which I have managed to do.

My question is can I access these files via a web page to download them or do i have to use an ftp program and download them that way.??

I do not know any mods that will allow to download them from the administration panel, for security reasons the uploads are not publicly available. You will need an ftp program to connect to the uploads folder to download the files that have been uploaded during checkout.
