attribute no/if yes then print & charge$xx.xx

I have been looking for this but as yet cannot find the answer. I note that dependant attrributes are not supported in ZC but is this a dependant attribute or is there another way round the problem?
I am printing cards and want to offer an option of an envelope (printed or unprinted)-
attribute answer either as a no then not printed, if yes then ask for the text to be printed and add $xx.yy amount to the charge.

Add a Text Attribute with a charge ...

If it is filled in then the charge is applied ... if left blank then the charge is not applied ...
