Shipping Zones and Postage by Order Value

Hi Guys,

We have setup 3 zones and would like to setup so that within each zone, the delivery price decreases by order value, such as - for Europe:

Order value £0 - £29.99 - shipping is £7.00
Order value £30 - £49.99 - shipping is £5.00
Order value of £50 and over - shipping is FREE

Would anyone know how this should be presented in the zone shipping table for that zone?

Need something very similar.

Just need to ship to UK.

Certain zones (counties) will need different charges - Scotland/Wales will always have a charge.

England will have a charge if under a certain order amount.

Possible?
