I am configuring the shipping for a client here in the UK.

The client has asked for the system to offer free shipping to local postal codes/zip codes.

e.g:
Postcodes AB1, AB2, AB3 = FREE


In addition he wants a shipping rate dependant on the total order amount for customers that request delivery outside of the free postal code shipping areas.

e.g:
Order Amount..Shipping Cost
£75 or less = £10
£75-£100 = £7.50
£100-£150 = £5
£150-£200 = £2.50
Over £200 = FREE

Can this be done with the standard modules in Zen Cart.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am fairly new to Zen Cart.
