ah ok sorta figured since it was so nice.

This is so hard to decide on a cart and find a template, everyone wants and arm and a leg for one. All I want is a bare bones like that... I can eventually learn to edit the images and stuff myself

Second one is not php so it is not zencart,
Third one is OSC

People want an arm and leg (your words) for a template because it takes so much time and effort to build a good one (I can break down the price for you to see if you PM me )

But Zen also has many nice free templates as well.

All of those layouts are very doable in Zen Cart.
