Accept payments through Zencart?

Web hosting and design website.

Uses shopping cart so customers can buy their hosting packages and such.

But would like to be able to accept payments.

For example:

I am a customer. I receive my invoice to pay for July's hosting services. I go to their website, go to the section to pay for hosting ... type in the Invoice number, enter how much I'm paying ... and then proceed to checkout to pay for that amount.

Is this possible?
