    Default Internal server error

    Hi, I am using the 1.38a.and never upgraded it..Chinese zen cart.
    BUt I have the questions as most people.when I click the contact us..and send message.next step,it will turn to "Internal server error" what is this problem happen, I have search on the forum and can not find any settlement.

    second,in the basket, It show 1 product and the total amount,but in the drop down,it show.your cart is empty.how to do it?

    If you scroll down to the bottom of this page, you'll find links to lots of treads about Internal Server Error problems, that may give clues help resolve the problem.

    As their name shows, Internal Server Errors are problems arising internally on your server, rather than problems with Zen Cart. As we don't know your server, there's not much that we can advise here.

    Often these problem are related to the way in which security is handled on your specific server. So investigation needs to be done on your server, often with the help of your webhosting company, as they're the experts in how your server has been configured.

    I am using the godaddy hosting.
