We have been using Zencart on our site for a few years now with no trouble, but all of a sudden we are having a problem...
When editing a product description we found that no matter how small the change, when we hit "preview" to save the change the whole description would be deleted. This happened both when you went back from the preview page or went on to "update".
We then found that the same happened if we set up a new product or copied one. The only exception seems to be that it will alow a very small product description without deleting. But once you try to go more than a few lines you loose the lot.
In doing this we are not doing anything complicated. Just plain typed text.
We have over 1,000 products on and are doing nothing different than we always have.
Any clues?
