how to resume color value of datebase?

Hei everyone
today i have mistake with my web.i delete my color value in women's clothing Category .so i want to know can i resume color value in my datebase.i use godaddy liunx.and if can't please tell me where is the color value for this Category in datebase.

I guess you are talking about colour attributes for a product?

Goto Catalog->Attributes Controller to add them back to the product.

yes,but i delete all color in there.so i need restore it in datebase,can you help me?

If you deleted the option values for your colors, you will need to recreate them in the Option Value Manager.

Sorry,maybe my issue is not clearly.
I see how to restore color option for Category .

But my women's clothing Category have many color option and photos for products in this Category .

And tonight i USE this function delete option in this Category ,So all products's color option and photoes can't display now.if i use this function to add color value for this Category ,then it only have color option,no old photos for each color.

So i need use Backup Database to restore it.and i think it will display my old photos for each color.

but i don't know where is the color in Database .

have photos for each color,(sure i have add photos for each color when i upload the products.but now i try to add color for women's clothing Category ,it display :WARNING: No Products found ... Nothing was updated)
