Can Zencart do this shortlist of things?

Hi - sorry for this newbie post - hoping some of you may be able to help ?

I'm making my first Zencart store and have been asked to have the following features that I can't find answers for.

I've tried searching the FAQs but can't find definative answers - hoping just for a bit of info if they're possible (even just a Yes or No would be great :) )

1 - can I collect payments using Protx / Sage Pay ?

2 - is it possible to use vertical drop down menus (like the one for this actinic based store - www.999inks.co.uk/ - the left hand cartridges menus)

3 - is it possible to configure the products urls to make them more SEO friendly (I found this but couldn't get it to work Dreamscape ) ?

4 - Is it possible to import category/product data from a CSV file ?

Yes, you should be able to do all of those things, but they are not stock, out-of-the-box features of the program.
